The Lagoon 400 (launched in 2009) has found a new lease of life through Nauta Design's work on the boat's interior fittings. Suggestions received from owners have enabled Lagoon to produce a boat that is even more welcoming, with a greater level of comfort, and resolutely modern: the result is the Lagoon 400 S2, a nod to its famous predecessors, the Lagoon 410 S2 and 380 S2. Like its predecessors, the Lagoon 400 S2 is designed for coastal or ocean cruises. It can comfortably accommodate 8 with its 3 or 4 double cabins, elegantly fitted, spacious interior, and her cockpit and salon on the same level.

Each yacht is equipped with the standard professional yachts charter inventory including but not limited to: furling genoa, normal battened mainsail, lazy bag with lazy jacks, bimini, autopilot, electric refrigerator, holding tanks, cockpit table, convertible table in saloon, dinghy, outboard, deck-shower, electric anchor windlass, steering wheel, dinghy, GPS plotter, autopilot, wind instruments, speedlog, depth sounder, VHF, navigation aids, full set of charts, battery charger, fully equipped galley, gas stove oven, hot water, etc.

Saloon Galley

The deck space, its strong points:
- Hard top bimini in line with the cabin top for a better protection from the sun (streamlined, more aesthetic).
- Easier to move around the stern, offering more shelter.
- Easier access to the dinghy via the transoms
- Flush deck hatches.
- Moving around more safely (no step exceeds 220 mm).
- Open cockpit for socializing.
- Direct communication between cockpit and galley.
- All controls brought back to the helm station.

The accommodation's strong points:
- Optimal practicality.
- Maximum light in saloon and cabins.
- Ventilation adapted to each area of the boat.
- More stowage spaces in owner's cabin.
- Saloon design inspired by the success of the Lagoons 420 and 440 where the galley is between the salon and the cockpit.
- Unusual concept in the forward cabin(s) where the double bed can be converted into twin beds.
- Shower curtain in the washrooms.
Balance between volume and performance,
- Saloon and cockpit,
- Cabins and washrooms,
- Accommodation and deck spaces.

Also the harmony of soft lines reminiscent of the Lagoon 410's simplicity and inspired by the Lagoon 620's charm and elegance.
