If you are seeking a sailing experience in the Argo-Saronic, then Zorba is the answer to your needs. Even though it is a crewed cruise, it is also accessible to all ages and abilities. Whenever possible, the boat will be going on sails being environment-friendly and creating opportunities for gaining sailing knowledge for those interested, while others can relax, sunbathe and enjoy fast sailing at ease with a glass of wine in their hand.
Our trip includes special visits to: ancient theatre of Epidavros (UNESCO heritage), Temple of Aphaia, Perdika and depending on the weather conditions we can also visit Poros, Hydra and a very secret harbour!

A vibrant starting point for your sailing adventure.
Embarkation: Aegina, at 5 p.m. Dinner at a taverna to meet the crew and other guests. Overnight at port.
On Aegina, you could visit the Temple of Aphaia one of the ancient architectural wonders, built on the hill of the island (also known as “pistachio island”). Also, we have a possible trip to a family-run pistachio plantation, where you can see how the pistachio grow. In the evening we go for dinner with live music on a typical greek instrument bouzouki, learning the Zorba dance!
The ancient theatre of Epidavros is a UNESCO heritage. It is the best preserved in the world with incredible acoustics hard to find nowadays. When you drop a coin on stage you can hear the sound in the last row!
In Epidavros we have dinner in our favourite family-run taverna with the owner being a strong greek woman, where the tables are situated under the orange trees which makes it even more special since you can eat one growing directly above your head. Extra: in the Bay outside Epidavros we anchor next to sunken city for some snorkelling from the boat over an ancient town below the water on depth of 1.5-2m.
Perdika, a small fishing village where you can find the nicest people in the world. The family that runs our favourite taverna, after many years became our close friends, almost like family members.
Kalotina and Notis will make sure that you will get the best service and be treated with care. Mamma makes absolutely the best moussaka in the whole of Greece! The most crucial mezze though is their tzatziki with homemade yogurt, which is a life changer!
Next station is our secret harbor with few family-run tavernas and no shops, that can fit only 7 boats.
The relaxing vibe, the clean waters and the beauty of the village hidden between high mountains is marvelous, often said to be the most beautiful spot in all of Saronic. A very local place which is known only by those who have sailed there for many years and have discovered this hidden gems, far from tourist crowds and an amazing sunset.
Methana is a slow town away from crowds with natural volcanic hot springs. If you have back pain, stress or tense muscles, we got you covered with 15 minutes relaxation in those amazing waters!
From here, we can visit a nearby boutique winery and try award-winning wines from the Peloponnese with the vines growing in volcanic soil. It is a very special family run place, where we are usually the only tourists visiting it. Father Nektarios makes the tour and tells all about the wine making in the family with all the interesting tricks to add special flavour to the wines and his wife Giota cooks local dinner from ingredients coming from her garden.
Poros, an Island with unforgettable views and an amazing grilled dorada. After supper at a very specific taverna, we can go for a nice walk / hike up the hill to reach a small typical chapel from which you have one of the best views in the Saronic! A little meditation at the top will be the perfect ending of the adventurous day.
On the way down, we stop to an ice cream place, in which the pistachio flavour from local nuts will make you come back for it the next day!
Depending on the weather conditions, we may also visit Hydra a jewel of the Saronic, an island with no car traffic at all, the sunset in Hydra is said to be one of the most beautiful in Greece.
No wonder why this island is a place for summer houses for many film stars and singers. At the top, after a long hike you can visit monks in a monastery. The architecture is absolutely amazing and one of a kind. A maze of streets was built that way to protect the island from pirate attacks. Getting lost there is a very nice experience.
The waters around Angistri island are the most beautiful in all Saronic, blue and crystal clear.
It is time to use the paddle boards, kayak, snorkel etc. In the evening we go by dinghy to our favorite local fish and seafood taverna in which you may enjoy fresh meals with exquisite flavours.
Zorba Catamaran sails the Greek islands in comfort and style, providing guests with a luxurious sailing experience. She is a modern Fountaine Pajot Eleuthera 60ft catamaran. It is available for cabin cruises (or private charters, depending on availability) up to 8 guests (10 under request).
She has four private cabins for guests, made up of two master aft ensuite cabins and two doubles forward ensuite cabins. All cabins are complete with modern push button electric toilets and wet room-style showers. With a generous saloon and a well-equipped galley, Zorba Catamaran was built with charter and guest comfort at the forefront of her design, with full air conditioning throughout. The generator, water maker, solar panels and other amenities makes her independent, self-sufficient sailing vessel.
Each cabin is equipped with ensuite facilities for your convenience. Two forward double cabins are located in each hull and are exactly the same. Total of 3 windows (2 are opening) provides bright interior and very good ventilation. Very comfortable bed over 200 cm long and almost 160 cm in widest spot (V shape). Blinds (shades) and mosquito net installed.
The master cabin 3 aft is the biggest room on ZORBA CAT, provides a lot of comfort and storage space. En-suite with wet style bathroom with toilet and 2 big windows. Very comfortable hotel-like bed over 200cm long and 150cm wide. Blinds (shades) and mosquito net installed.
Master Cabin 4 aft is a double en-suite cabin with very big and comfortable bed that can be converted into twin beds with dimensions over 200cm long and 80cm wide. Blinds (shades) and mosquito net installed.
Her size: 60feet (about 156 square meters of space for guests) guarantees stability and comfort (speeding 10 knots). At least four separate areas in common spaces provide a lot of privacy. Refurbished in 2024. With a dropped transom, easy steps down into the water, nets to lay out on the bow, sunbathing cushions on the rooftop, outdoor seating, and a dining area at the stern, Zorba Cat gives guests the perfect access to that crystal clear Mediterranean sea!
