In Greek mythology, Erato was one of the young, beautiful maidens referred to as the Nine Muses, who were the daughters of Zeus, the king of the gods, and Mnemosyne, the goddess of memory. Erato and her sisters were believed to reside above the golden clouds that covered Mount Olympus.They entertained and joined the Olympian gods in their feasts drinking ambrosia and honey. The sisters were originally the patron goddesses of poets and musicians. Erato was the Muse of Lyric and Love Poetry.
Built to the owner’s personal meticulous specifications, and recently modified (in 2015) this lovely elegant teak and mahogany vessel can accommodate 14 up to 19 guests in 7 spacious air-conditioned cabins, all with en-suite facilities. She has a spacious and comfortable air-conditioned saloon, fully equipped with audio and visual entertainment systems, as well as cosy bar area.
The forward deck offers a large cushioned area for sun bathing, while the aft deck offers a shaded area for alfresco dining and relaxing time. The crew will welcome you and make you feel comfortable and pleasant with their professionalism and traditional hospitality while you`ll think that these might be the most beautiful vacations you have lived up to now.
Accommodation is spacious for 14 up to 19 passengers in 7 cabins:
Crew have separate accommodation toilet and shower
All cabins are equipped with new mattress storage lockers, shelves, 220V power points, window, adjustable A/C, en-suite shower, wash basin, flush toilet.
Easy access to the ample air-conditioned saloon with refreshments and entertainment including CD/cassette, stereo system, radio, satellite TV, DVD, video, PC, Internet (e-mail, phone, etc.)
A normal typical day is:
Yacht will depart around eight o`clock in the morning. Breakfast is served en-route. A stop is made around lunchtime for swimming in a bay, with lunch being served onboard. Then on the way again, arriving early evening in a port (part of your itinerary) for the night. After showering and dressing for the evening, you can go exploring the island, followed by dinner in some beautiful traditional Greek taverna, of which there are so many to choose from. And if you wish, after dinner, you can carry on exploring and enjoying the Greek night life, which can very often continue until the sun is ready to rise again on the new day!!

ERATO is powered by two main engines 360 bhp each one , consuming 110 ltrs/hour both
Electricity on board is produced by two ONAN generators 27 kwa each one, consuming 8 ltrs/hour each
A sample estimation for a week consumption is as below
7 days x 4 hours/day 28 hrs sailing x 110ltrs/hour 3080 ltrs /week for main engines
7 days x 24 hours/day 168hrs generator x 8 ltrs/hour 1300 ltrs/week for electricity
Total diesel consumption per weekly cruise about 4380 ltrs

The mediterranean diet and Greek cuisine are world famous as being delicious and healthy. On board ERATO you can expect nothing less than taste, healthy food, plenty of fruits and salads traditional sweets, excellent wines and local beverages all in large portions. From grilled fish to moussaka, we offer the best of traditional Greek recipes and Mediterranean cuisine.
All meals during the cruise are prepared on board and are traditional Greek cuisine. You can find below a sample weekly menu which can be modified If you have special requests i.e vegetarian, health reasons, etc.
Local spiritual beverages such as ouzo, tsipouro, wine are part of our daily menu. Fruit and salads are seasonal and will be provided fresh.
