RYA sailing courses Lefkas

The RYA Sailing School is based in Sivota on the island of Lefkas and the training yachts are moored on our private pontoon just 100m from the office. All of the yachts are fully equipped for training including radar. We offer:

Practical Courses: You will sail to islands in the Southern Ionian, and overnight at nearby bays and harbours. You will live aboard a yacht, experience the joys of cruising in Greece, whilst also gaining valuable qualifications.

RYA Shorebased and Online Courses: Navigation, meteorology, collision regulations and safety procedures in conjunction with radio communication. From Day Skipper right through to Yachtmaster.

Combined: Theory and practical combined aiming to either train beginners properly or for experienced skippers sitting Coastal or Offshore exams.

Most RYA sailing courses Lefkas are 5 days, but by conducting them over a week, we can create the right balance of tuition and fun. Sailing is a social sport, and an RYA sailing course can be a perfect way to make new friends. Our RYA instructors have been chosen for their friendly approach as well as their expertise. The time you spend with us is as much about fun as it is a learning experience.
